Tourist tax / KONUS Guest Card

All holiday guests who pay the tourist tax, will receive the KONUS Guest Card, which will be handed over during the registration. It entitles to free travel by bus and train in the Black Forest and free admissions to museums, zoos, swimming pools, indoor pool Freiamt and the Leisure Center in Winden/Oberwinden.

 

The tourist tax in Winden is € 1.90 per person per day. Children are free until they are 16 years old. Further exceptions are ia for disabled persons and business travellers.

In the Black Forest almost all tourist resorts accept the KONUS Guest Card. And it offers there also numerous price advantages in many facilities. All attractive offers are listed in the Black Forest Guest Journal, which you can find at the hosts and at the information points.


With the KONUS Guest Card (tourist card) you can travel for free in all nine public transport networks of the Black Forest holiday region between the Rhine and Neckar, Pforzheim and Waldshut incl. Tram in Freiburg.

Guests who stay with us, are not only allowed to use bus and train for free, they also have free access to:


• all outdoor pools of the ZweiTälerLand (Elzach, Gutach, Simonswald, Waldkirch)

• the Black Forest Zoo in Waldkirch

• museums of the ZweiTälerLand

• the Leisure Center in Oberwinden

 

In winter getting skiers on presentation of their KONUS guest card a discount of 2 EUR for the purchase of a ticket at the Kandel lift.
